‘JJ Cosmetic center’ is the product of an ideation that was prompted by a demand from our patient community for superior, trustworthy cosmetic surgery and skin care delivered with high safety standards at affordable price points. Oddly, the pursuit of affordable price points drove some of the service recipients to providers that capitalized on this economic sentiment which resulted in a general dissatisfaction, not to mention the bad outcomes and the ultimate price that had to be paid.
He then refined his skills in the Aesthetic Surgery field, developing great experience in breast surgery, liposuction and body contouring techniques. He started working at The Cosmetic Surgery Institute in 2005 and he has been Consultant Cosmetic Surgeon since then.
Our task was centered around how we might provide this superior service at optimal price points, without compromising on safety levels. In doing so:
- First, the primary procedure discussed is very standardized and planned in such a way that you have a quick recovery.
- Secondly, we set up a Standardized Operating Protocol (SOP) for all the procedures that we perform so that the quality of services are rendered at zero defect levels, consistently in a repeatable manner.
- Next, we un-bundled our services to afford our patients to select the specific service or procedure that they want; one that fits their requirement.
- Finally, with a view to contain our operating costs without compromising quality or safety, we deployed leading edge proven technologies that operate to world standards.
That said, we also recognized that the challenge in all of this is that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution.
